In the seminal leadership book "Good to Great", Jim Collins suggests that the greatest organizations in the business world are lead by "Level 5 Leaders". This book came about as the end result of a long study of thousands of companies, comparing performance versus industry trends and typical performance. Those organizations have a common thread --- they are all lead by people with an interesting and paradoxical combination of Strong Will and Personal Humility. These are not names you would find on the front page of the Business section, but they do lead the greatest organizations in the world. In the non profit world, the concepts presented by "Good to Great" are just as valid as the business world. Every day, we should be striving to exhibit certain principles:
